- Fiscal year end date
- Number of employees
- Average annual revenue
Tax & Banking Information
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN/EIN)
- Business structure (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, Sole Proprietor, Partnership)
- Bank account number for federal payments
- Bank routing number
- Account type (checking or savings)
Federal Classification
- Primary NAICS code
- Secondary NAICS codes (all that apply)
- Product and Service Codes (PSC) if applicable
- Small business size standard for your NAICS
- Ownership details for small business set-asides
Registration Steps
- Create a Login.gov account with two-factor authentication
- Log into SAM.gov and start a new entity registration
- Enter business information and confirm accuracy
- Add all relevant NAICS codes
- Complete representations and certifications
- Add EFT banking information for payments
- Submit registration and wait for validation
- Confirm UEI and CAGE code assignment

- Using a P.O. box as the primary address
